1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the 70000 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions in this document as well as any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 70000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the 70000 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. Registration by individuals below the minimum age is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access. 70000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your account being accessed by another party due to your own negligence.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 70000 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access the platform without authorisation or to perform repetitive actions in an automated manner.
  • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in any communication with us.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, interfering with security systems, or disrupting the experience of other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to any other party under any circumstances.

Breaching any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 70000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX transfers, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change without prior notice.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 70000 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to five business days depending on the chosen payment method.

Any transaction disputes must be raised with our support team within seven days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed. We are not liable for transaction delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 70000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure platform availability and reliability at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or temporary downtime. 70000 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from platform unavailability.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or unlawful use. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure following notification to the registered email address. Users are encouraged to keep their contact information up to date.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 70000 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of this platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 70000 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for user convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

70000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from the use of this platform, and any claims must be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
